The alphabet of Veluil has 16 values. They encode consonants at odd positions and syllables at even ones.

There's an official script, hex encoding and romanization scheme at the website. However, this site will simply use the Latin alphabet plus Common Turkic vowels and double consonants to represent fortis. Do remember that M's don't have fortis.
